Yes. I meet with people on Mondays in the Highlands neighborhood in Denver. On Wednesdays, I meet with people in Belmar in Lakewood.

Online therapy is very similar to in person therapy, except you can do it from your home or office. We meet through a secure software called Simple Practice, similar to Zoom.

The first step is finding the right therapist. I offer a free, 15-minute consultation so you can decide if we would be a good fit, and we can explore how I might be able to help you. During the first few sessions, we will define your expectations and goals for therapy.

Yes. I accept most Kaiser and Aetna insurance plans. For all others, I provide a superbill for out of network coverage. Sessions are $160 for a 50 minute session.

Under the no surprises act, you have the right to request a copy of a good faith estimate of how much your treatment will cost. This will give you an approximate complete cost of therapy based on frequency and duration of therapy.
