Are you ready to take your practice to the next level?
EMDR Consultation
You deserve quality support now more than ever!
You're a dedicated therapist, passionate about guiding your clients through their healing journeys. But even the most skilled professionals can benefit from a little backup. That's where EMDR consultation comes in—to sharpen your skills, boost your confidence, and ensure you're providing the best care possible.
Whether you're fresh out of EMDR training or a seasoned therapist aiming for certification, consultation offers a space to deepen your understanding, dive into the nuances of EMDR therapy, get guidance on how to use your skills, and to build confidence.
Getting support from just anyone might leave you confused, discouraged, or unsure of what to do. That's why seeking EMDR consultation with someone who has expertise in your areas of interest is vital to taking your growth and learning to the next level.
Let’s get confident!
Having quality consultation is an important part of your EMDR training and certification. It sets the tone for your EMDR practice and helps you become confident in your skills. I’m here to help with that.
About me:
Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado since 2013
I am an EMDR certified therapist and EMDR consultant who has been practicing EMDR since 2018.
I specialize in working with queer folks, neurodivergent people, and women.
Most people I work with have relational trauma, anxiety, CPTSD, and people pleasing tendencies.
My work is focused on attachment, the relationship to self and others, dissociation, and resolving the impact of trauma.
I have done several advanced EMDR trainings and advanced training in ACT and IFS, which I incorporate.
I love providing life-changing EMDR to clients and I enjoy working with other passionate therapists who want to provide EMDR to their clients. I can help you become confident with the basic protocols and challenge you to explore and develop your own style as an EMDR therapist.
About You:
You are motivated, curious, and have a desire to strengthen your skills as an EMDR therapist.
You might be brand new to EMDR or maybe you’ve been practicing for a while and you feel stuck with a case.
Some of your special interests include trauma, anxiety, attachment, parts or ego state work, and/or dissociation.
You are looking to be compassionately supported and guided towards a greater sense of confidence in helping your clients using EMDR.
You have completed an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training (parts 1 & 2 + 10 hours of consultation).
You might have completed EMDR training years ago and need help getting back into it or feeling confident enough to use your training.
More about EMDR consultation:
Our meetings are the traditional 50 minute sessions.
I provide individualized, tailored to you sessions, via Zoom or in person in the Denver area.
Together, we will discuss things like neurobiology, the AIP model, cognitive interweaves, creative resourcing, and anything else that will help you practice EMDR successfully.
I believe in making professional development accessible and tailored to you. My rate is $125 per 50 minutes.
You don't have to navigate doing EMDR alone. With the right support, you can deepen your expertise and provide transformative care to your clients.
